How big is a deck?
45 cards, maximum 3 copies of any individual card.
How much Life do I start with?
30 Life. Reduce the opponent to 0 to win.
What are Mana and Facets?
Mana determines which cards you can play. Facets determine how Creatures and Equipment are enhanced as they enter, how Enchantments switch modes, and extra Spell abilities on the opponent’s turn.
How long is a game?
A typical playtest match is one game to 0 Life. Length varies with Shatter pace and board presence; there is no timed format on this site.
